World We Imagine Part 3

The Clean Ocean Corporation           Having lived in Orange County my whole life and within a close proximity to the beach, I have always somewhat taken the ocean for granted. Some of the fondest memories from my childhood are of walking down Balboa Island after a beach day, camping at San Onofre for the weekend, and even just going to the beach all summer with friends. The ocean, regardless of good times or bad times, has been there right beside me for as long as I can remember. But funny enough, it wasn't until I got to USC that I truly realized how much I missed at least seeing the water every day. It's a bit ironic that moving to Los Angeles made me notice this as there are many people who would say quite the opposite in that one of their main reasons for moving here are the Southern California beaches.      My greater understanding of this reality, after meeting many people from all over the place while at USC, combined with my passion...

Making the World a Better Place I believe that my first step in making the world a better place would be to encourage people to listen better.  The Super Bowl... and How I Got Paid to Watch it It all started when a link got sent into the group chat for a club I'm apart of here at USC called the Sports Business Association. The link was sent by the SBA president who told us it was a job opportunity to work the Super Bowl at SoFi Stadium. The job was not actually directly with the NFL but with a third party company called On Location that was hired by the NFL. I thought I might as well apply if there's a chance I'd get to be at the Super Bowl with the added bonus that I'd have something cool to put on my resume. There were a couple positions open so I applied for all of them and was lucky enough to get selected for their gameday "Teammate" position. This essentially meant my job was showing people where to go and taking them to different pre-game parties and events that On Location was in charge of operating. Once I got selected, the paperwork process was much more intense than I imagined for such a si...
